Driving Assessment & Written Report

Service Description

If you have received a Medical Referral from your Occupational Therapist please book through "Medical Assessment and Written Report". Private individuals and/or their family and/or employer may request a Driving Assessment and Written Report from an Accredited Trainer and Assessor. The student will be assessed on their practical and theoretical driving skills and knowledge including hazard and risk detection and prevention, driver Competency and Evaluation in the form of a Written Report. The student will also have a chance to correct and/or change their bad driving habits recognised by the instructor during this time.

Cancellation Policy

All payments/cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to your booking to ensure business runs smoothly in a professional and organised manner. All tests require 48 hours notice of payment/cancellation as per TMR policy. Reminder messages/emails are sent prior to each scheduled lesson/expiry. Any lessons within this time frame will be charged at full fees unless a medical certificate is sort. Gift Vouchers and Pre-paid packages have a 1 year expiry period. Thank you for understanding.
